Spring’s arrival means the shedding of winter clothing and dull winter skin. Create your own spring awakening with our simple tips for skin that’s worth showing off.
Clean on the inside, clean on the outside:
Spring is a great opportunity to fast and eliminate the body of sugar, processed foods and other artificial or unhealthy ingredients. Try ingesting lots of water, fresh veggie and fruit juice and low sodium broths.
Drop that soap:
Forgo bath soap and switch to a purifying, conditioning wash plus buffing cloth to exfoliate dead skin and stimulate circulation. Try Dermalogica Conditioning Body Wash and The Ultimate Buffing Cloth.
