1. Shipping Time

After your order has been successfully placed, our Customer Care team will verify the order and provide payment instructions via the registered email or phone number.

Once the order is successfully verified, we will proceed with preparing and shipping the goods to you.

The delivery time is as follows: (delays may occur due to natural disasters or poor weather conditions...)

• Ho Chi Minh City & Hanoi: 1-3 business days.

• Provinces: Depending on geographic location, delivery may take 4-6 days.

However, there are cases where delivery may take longer, but only under the following force majeure circumstances:

• Dermalogica Vietnam staff are unable to contact the customer via phone (or email) and thus cannot confirm the order.

• The shipping address provided is incorrect or difficult to locate.
• A sudden surge in orders causes delays in processing orders.

• The warehouse partner supplying Dermalogica Vietnam experiences delays in stock fulfillment, causing a delay in order processing and delivery. Alternatively, the item is out of stock at the partner’s or Dermalogica Vietnam's warehouse, requiring goods to be sourced from elsewhere.

• Dermalogica Vietnam's shipping partner delays the shipping process.

However, some locations may experience delays due to weather conditions, epidemics, or natural disasters. 2. Shipping Fees:

Starting from August 20, for orders valued below 1,100,000 VND, a shipping fee of 25,000 VND will apply.

For orders above 1,100,000 VND, you will receive free nationwide shipping. Free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout.
