In your birthday month, Dermalogica Vietnam contacts you to hand over the gift set with a greeting letter. Missed the 3 months? An order in your birthday month itself still earns the gift.

Gift terms
Add your birth month using the form on this page; orders placed before you add it are not reviewed again. Add your birth day as well to receive the reminder and birthday emails. Your birth day and month cannot be changed on the website once saved — to change them, please contact Dermalogica Vietnam.
You qualify with at least one order of any value on dermalogica.com.vn within the 3 full calendar months before your birthday month, as long as it includes at least one retail product. Orders with only treatment bookings, the membership package or event tickets are not considered; orders on TikTok Shop, Shopee or Lazada don’t count either.
Not yet qualified? An order during your birthday month itself still earns the gift — it is packed with that order; if the order has already shipped before payment is confirmed (common with cash on delivery), the gift is sent separately.
One gift per customer per year. Cancelled orders don’t count (a full refund is handled as a cancellation); a partial refund keeps your gift eligibility.
The gift set has no cash value and is non-transferable; if a sample runs out it is replaced with an equivalent trial product.
Dealer accounts are not eligible.
We store your birth month, birth day (not your birth year) and age group, to run this program and Dermalogica Vietnam’s customer-care programs.
FAQ
Why do you ask for my birth month but not my birth year?
The program only needs your month to prepare the gift and your day to send a greeting. We don’t collect your birth year — you choose an age group yourself, so we can suggest better-suited products.
I already have an account — where do I add my birth month?
Sign in and fill in your birth day and month in the form on this page — each account submits it once. If your account already has a birth month, this page shows the birthday on file instead of the form; to change or add details, please contact Dermalogica Vietnam. If your account has no birth month yet, we’ll prompt you to add it when you sign in on the website.
How are the 3 months before my birthday month counted?
The three full calendar months before your birthday month. For example, if you were born in April: an order with a retail product in January, February or March qualifies you, and the gift is handed over in April.
What if I miss all 3 months?
There’s still a last chance: place an order with a retail product during your birthday month itself and the gift is packed with that order — or sent separately if the order has already shipped before payment is confirmed (for example, cash on delivery).
How do I receive the gift?
In your birthday month, Dermalogica Vietnam contacts you by the email or phone number on your account to hand over the gift — shipped to you or given at a Dermalogica store, with a greeting letter.
Can I change my birthday?
Your birthday is submitted only once, through the form on this page. To change your birthday, please contact Dermalogica Vietnam.
Program terms
These terms apply to all five Dermalogica customer programs on dermalogica.com.vn. The rules for this program are in the conditions above.
- OrganizerThe programs are run by Dermal Essentials (Công ty TNHH Thương Mại Thanh Lan), the exclusive distributor of Dermalogica in Vietnam.
- Fraud and misuseWhere there are signs of fraud or misuse, Dermalogica Vietnam may, after review, decline to record an order, remove points, or withdraw vouchers and gifts.
- Personal dataThe details you give us (email, phone number, address, date of birth) are used to run the programs, look after you as a customer, and for the purposes set out in our Privacy Policy.
- Changes to the programsDermal Essentials may change, pause or end a program, with reasonable notice on its page.
- Governing law and supportThese terms are governed by Vietnamese law. For help, contact Dermalogica Vietnam customer care and include your account email.
