Rise a tier, earn more
Your membership tier is based on your total accumulated purchases from 25 September 2026 to 25 September 2027.
As your purchases add up, you can progress from Standard → Silver → Gold → Platinum.
Each time you reach a new tier, you’ll immediately unlock that tier’s welcome gift and enjoy its higher Point Reward Rate on your future purchases.
Your spending continues to accumulate after each upgrade, so reaching Silver does not restart your progress — every following purchase brings you closer to Gold and Platinum.
Once unlocked, your highest tier remains active until the program ends on 25 September 2027.

What each tier gives you
Your tier is based on your total accumulated purchases within the program year. Reaching a tier unlocks its welcome gift immediately, and every order from then on earns at the higher rate.

Choose your welcome gift
When you reach a tier, you receive a welcome email at your account address.
Silver: a trial-size gift selected by Dermalogica Vietnam for your skin goal, sent to you or handed over at a store.
Gold and Platinum, 2 options: (1) visit a Dermalogica Concept Salon for an expert skin consultation and personalized prescription; (2) select your gift online based on your skin goal and preferences.
Each tier’s welcome gift is received once per program year; reaching a higher tier adds that tier’s gift.

Tier terms
Tier status is based on the net paid value of purchases accumulated in the program year 25 September 2026 – 25 September 2027 (excluding shipping). Once unlocked, your tier is held until the program ends on 25 September 2027, unless the order that moved you up is cancelled or refunded. Treatments do not count toward your tier.
The tier’s earning rate applies to orders placed after the tier is reached.
Each welcome gift is received once, when you reach the tier; if one order takes you up several tiers at once, you receive the gift of the tier you reach, not the ones you skipped. To have your gift delivered, your Profile needs a delivery address and phone number; collecting it at a Concept Salon needs neither. Welcome gifts have no cash value, are non-transferable and subject to stock; an item may be substituted with one of equal or greater value.
Dealer accounts are not eligible for the membership program.

Program terms
These terms apply to all five Dermalogica customer programs on dermalogica.com.vn. The rules for this program are in the conditions above.
- OrganizerThe programs are run by Dermal Essentials (Công ty TNHH Thương Mại Thanh Lan), the exclusive distributor of Dermalogica in Vietnam.
- Fraud and misuseWhere there are signs of fraud or misuse, Dermalogica Vietnam may, after review, decline to record an order, remove points, or withdraw vouchers and gifts.
- Personal dataThe details you give us (email, phone number, address, date of birth) are used to run the programs, look after you as a customer, and for the purposes set out in our Privacy Policy.
- Changes to the programsDermal Essentials may change, pause or end a program, with reasonable notice on its page.
- Governing law and supportThese terms are governed by Vietnamese law. For help, contact Dermalogica Vietnam customer care and include your account email.
