Three steps to refer a friend
Get your referral link
Sign in to your Dermalogica account, then copy your personal referral link at the top of this page.
Send the link to a friend
Your friend opens the link and enters their email in the “Sign up for your gift” box. That email is what records the gift and the referral.
Your friend places their first order
They buy retail products with the email they signed up with, merchandise value from 1,500,000₫. The trial kit is packed with their order (the voucher, if any, is sent separately); your referral is counted once the order is paid. Treatment bookings do not count.
When a referral counts
Your friend enters the correct email in the “Sign up for your gift” box when opening the link, and orders with that same email. Without it we cannot tell who referred them.
Only the FIRST order of a new customer on dermalogica.com.vn counts, and it must be a retail product order with merchandise value from 1,500,000₫ (after discounts, excluding shipping). Treatment bookings (services) do not count as a referral and do not receive the first-order gift.
Once your friend has entered their email in the “Sign up for your gift” box, their order counts whether they use “Add to cart” or “Buy now”, on any device. If they skip the email box and use “Buy now”, the referral is not recorded.
If your friend’s order is cancelled, one referral is deducted and only that order’s voucher stops working; vouchers from other referrals stay valid. A refund without cancellation does not deduct a referral, and a thank-you gift already sent to you is not taken back.
You cannot refer yourself, and dealer accounts are not part of this program.
From the third successful referral onwards, every referral earns a 20% service voucher, valid for 1 year from issue (until the end of the date in your email). There is no limit on the number of referrals.

How do I refer a friend?
Sign in to your account on dermalogica.com.vn, copy your own referral link from the block at the top of this page and send it to a friend by message (Zalo, Messenger…) or Facebook. Your friend opens the link, enters their email in the “Sign up for your gift” box, then places their first order with that same email — the referral is recorded automatically, no code needed.
What does my friend receive?

When does a referral count?
When your friend’s first order (placed via your link, a retail product order with merchandise value from 1,500,000₫) is confirmed as paid. Treatment bookings (services) do not count. If that order is cancelled, one referral is deducted and only the voucher issued from that order (if any) stops working; vouchers from your other referrals stay valid. A refund without cancelling the order keeps the referral. A thank-you gift already sent to you is not taken back.
Is there a limit on referrals?
No limit. Your first two referrals earn a thank-you gift; from the third referral onwards, every successful referral earns a service voucher worth 20% of your friend’s order value.
Can I refer myself?
No. Referrals with the same email or account as the referrer are not recorded; dealer accounts are not eligible. Dermalogica may decline referrals that show signs of abuse after review.
How do I receive the gift and the voucher?
Thank-you gifts are sent by Dermalogica once your friend’s order has been delivered. The service voucher is emailed to you as soon as the referral is recorded, together with its code and expiry date (1 year); when you are signed in, codes that are still valid also appear in the Refer a friend block at the top of this page.
How do I enter my voucher code?
There are three ways:
1. The Rewards button at the bottom of the screen: tap Use next to a code to add it to your cart.
2. Your cart: in the Offer code box, paste a code you copied (or one from your email) and press Apply.
3. Checkout: paste the code into the Discount code box and press Apply.
Referral service vouchers (GT3-… codes) apply to treatments and only work when you are signed in to the account that received them: book your treatment on the website first so it is in your cart, then apply the code. Referral codes are not counted in the 2,800,000₫ points-voucher rule, so they work on treatments at any price. Type the code exactly as in your email (letters and numbers, no spaces; case doesn’t matter). One referral code per order; each code works once and is valid for 1 year from issue.

Program terms
These terms apply to all five Dermalogica customer programs on dermalogica.com.vn. The rules for this program are in the conditions above.
- OrganizerThe programs are run by Dermal Essentials (Công ty TNHH Thương Mại Thanh Lan), the exclusive distributor of Dermalogica in Vietnam.
- Fraud and misuseWhere there are signs of fraud or misuse, Dermalogica Vietnam may, after review, decline to record an order, remove points, or withdraw vouchers and gifts.
- Personal dataThe details you give us (email, phone number, address, date of birth) are used to run the programs, look after you as a customer, and for the purposes set out in our Privacy Policy.
- Changes to the programsDermal Essentials may change, pause or end a program, with reasonable notice on its page.
- Governing law and supportThese terms are governed by Vietnamese law. For help, contact Dermalogica Vietnam customer care and include your account email.
