When a product you bought is about to run out, we send a well-timed reminder — naming the exact product and linking straight to the reorder page — so your routine never breaks. Replenishing on time also earns you extra points.
How it works
You buy a product
Every skincare product with a published usage cycle starts its own cycle, counted from the date your order is paid.
We remind you at the right moment
Three emails before the product is expected to run out: 10 days, 3 days and 1 day ahead — each naming the product you bought and linking straight to the reorder page.
You replenish and earn extra points
A qualifying replenish order earns 20% extra points on top of a regular order, added to that order’s voucher — you get an email showing the extra. Once you reorder, the reminders stop and a new cycle starts from the date the new order is paid.

Program conditions
Applies to paid orders linked to your account — orders on dermalogica.com.vn, orders Dermalogica Vietnam creates for you, and in-store Dermalogica orders recorded to your account; reminders are sent only to customers who have agreed to receive email from Dermalogica.
Reminders follow the average usage cycle Dermalogica publishes for each skincare product. When you place a new order (even for other products), all pending reminders stop; only the products in the new order are reminded again from the start. Products with no published cycle or a cycle under 15 days, gift sets, kits and treatments get no reminders.
A qualifying replenish order is a paid order placed on dermalogica.com.vn or created for you by Dermalogica Vietnam (in-store counter orders excluded), for the same product you bought before (including a previous in-store purchase), within that product’s usage cycle. For the replenish order’s voucher to include the 20% extra points, you need to be a Point Reward member — have an account and sign in on the website before checkout. The extra points are counted once per order, on that order’s base points. Buying with a different email or account from last time is not recognised as a repurchase.
Reordering stops the current reminders; a new cycle starts from the date the new order is paid. If an order is cancelled, pending reminders also stop.
You can stop reminder emails at any time via the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email; this stops all customer-care emails, while order confirmations and account emails are still sent.
Dealer accounts are not eligible.

FAQ
How do you know when my product will run out?
Dermalogica experts publish an average usage time for each skincare product. We add it to the date your order is paid to get the expected run-out date, then remind you 10, 3 and 1 day ahead.
What if I buy several products in one order?
Each product in an order is reminded on its own cycle, so you may receive reminders for different products at different times. When you place a new order, pending reminders from earlier orders stop and only the products in the new order are reminded. Gift sets, kits and treatments have no usage cycle, so they are not part of the reminder program.
What if I use a product faster or slower than expected?
Reminders are only a guide. Reorder whenever you like; reordering early stops the sequence and starts a new cycle from that date. Need advice on switching products? Contact our experts.
How are the 20% extra points calculated?
A qualifying replenish order earns its base points like any order, plus 20% of those points — once per order. All of the order’s points, the extra included, turn into one voucher code of the type you choose in your cart, under the Point Reward Program rules. If you choose not to receive a voucher, the extra points are not kept either.
How do I enter my voucher code?
Your repurchase bonus points are added to that order’s points voucher and sent to your email. There are three ways to enter the code:
1. The Rewards button at the bottom of the screen: tap Use next to a code to add it to your cart.
2. Your cart: in the Offer code box, paste a code you copied (or one from your email) and press Apply.
3. Checkout: paste the code into the Discount code box and press Apply.
Product vouchers (TVB… codes) apply to retail products; service vouchers (TVA… codes) apply to treatments booked on the website, under the Point Rewards total rule: a total under 2,800,000₫ is for treatments priced up to 2,800,000₫, a total of 2,800,000₫ or more is for treatments above 2,800,000₫. Type the code exactly as in your email (letters and numbers, no spaces; case doesn’t matter). Up to 5 codes can be combined per order; each code works once and is valid for 1 year from issue.
How do I stop the reminder emails?
Click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any reminder email. This stops all customer-care emails — replenishment reminders, birthday and offers — rather than one program at a time. Order confirmations and account emails are still sent.
Program terms
These terms apply to all five Dermalogica customer programs on dermalogica.com.vn. The rules for this program are in the conditions above.
- OrganizerThe programs are run by Dermal Essentials (Công ty TNHH Thương Mại Thanh Lan), the exclusive distributor of Dermalogica in Vietnam.
- Fraud and misuseWhere there are signs of fraud or misuse, Dermalogica Vietnam may, after review, decline to record an order, remove points, or withdraw vouchers and gifts.
- Personal dataThe details you give us (email, phone number, address, date of birth) are used to run the programs, look after you as a customer, and for the purposes set out in our Privacy Policy.
- Changes to the programsDermal Essentials may change, pause or end a program, with reasonable notice on its page.
- Governing law and supportThese terms are governed by Vietnamese law. For help, contact Dermalogica Vietnam customer care and include your account email.
