Every order rewards you
Have a Dermalogica account and sign in on the website before checkout, and you earn points automatically — no membership tier or minimum spend required. The points of each order turn into a voucher code sent to your email: a service voucher or a product voucher, whichever you choose in your cart.
From your order to your treatment
Shop and earn
Every 24,000₫ you actually pay for products (after discounts, excluding shipping) earns 1 point, rounded down; Silver, Gold and Platinum multiply it by ×1.2 · ×1.3 · ×1.4. Treatments do not earn points.
Choose your voucher in the cart
Before checkout, choose a service voucher (1 point = 7,000₫, for treatments) or a product voucher (1 point = 3,000₫, for retail products).
Get your code by email
Once your order is paid, its points turn into a voucher code emailed to you with its value and expiry date. Each code is valid for 1 year from the day it is issued.
Enter your code at checkout
Sign in, then enter your code in the Offer code box in your cart (or tap Use in the Rewards panel), or in the discount code field at checkout. Up to 5 codes per order, and their values add up.
Book a treatment with service vouchers
Treatments and products are ordered separately. Vouchers totalling under 2,800,000₫ apply to treatments up to 2,800,000₫; from 2,800,000₫ they apply to treatments above 2,800,000₫ (Advance).
Service vouchers: two treatment groups
What counts is the total discount on your treatment cart: all vouchers entered together, plus any order-level promo code you use. Example: Power Peel 2,990,000₫ with two 1,500,000₫ vouchers (3,000,000₫ in total) can be checked out; with just one 1,500,000₫ voucher, checkout asks you to add more codes. Any unused remainder of a code is not refunded.

Where to use your voucher
Enter your voucher code: 3 ways
1. The Rewards button at the bottom of the screen: tap Use next to a code to add it to your cart.
2. Your cart: in the Offer code box, paste a code you copied (or one from your email) and press Apply.
3. Checkout: paste the code into the Discount code box and press Apply.
Product vouchers apply to retail products. Service vouchers apply to treatments: book your treatment on the website first so it is in your cart, then apply the code; treatments take place at Dermalogica Concept Salon. Type the code exactly as in your email (letters and numbers, no spaces; case doesn’t matter). Up to 5 codes can be combined per order; each code works once and is valid for 1 year from issue. Pay the rest as with any order.

Each paid order turns into one voucher code of the type you choose in your cart: service voucher 1 point = 7,000₫, product voucher 1 point = 3,000₫. Codes are emailed, single-use and valid for 1 year from issue; expired codes are not extended or exchanged for cash.
Enter codes in the Offer code box in your cart or at checkout on dermalogica.com.vn while signed in; up to 5 codes per order, and their values add up. Codes apply to merchandise, not shipping; any unused remainder is not refunded.
Service vouchers are counted by the total discount on the treatment cart (including any order-level promo code): under 2,800,000₫ for treatments up to 2,800,000₫, from 2,800,000₫ for treatments above 2,800,000₫. Treatments and products are ordered separately.
If an order is cancelled or refunded (even partially), its code can no longer be used. A voucher used to pay for an order is lost if that order is cancelled or refunded; it is not reissued. Points and vouchers have no cash value and cannot be sold or transferred; dealer accounts are not eligible.
Shop more in a year and you also move up the Silver / Gold / Platinum tiers, with welcome gifts and a higher earning rate — see the membership program. The program cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated.
Program terms
These terms apply to all five Dermalogica customer programs on dermalogica.com.vn. The rules for this program are in the conditions above.
- OrganizerThe programs are run by Dermal Essentials (Công ty TNHH Thương Mại Thanh Lan), the exclusive distributor of Dermalogica in Vietnam.
- Fraud and misuseWhere there are signs of fraud or misuse, Dermalogica Vietnam may, after review, decline to record an order, remove points, or withdraw vouchers and gifts.
- Personal dataThe details you give us (email, phone number, address, date of birth) are used to run the programs, look after you as a customer, and for the purposes set out in our Privacy Policy.
- Changes to the programsDermal Essentials may change, pause or end a program, with reasonable notice on its page.
- Governing law and supportThese terms are governed by Vietnamese law. For help, contact Dermalogica Vietnam customer care and include your account email.
