Shipping policy
1. Delivery time
Once your order has been placed successfully, our Customer Care team will verify the order and send payment instructions to the email address or phone number you registered.
After the order is verified, we will prepare and ship your items.
Delivery times are as follows:
+ Ho Chi Minh City & Hanoi: 1–3 business days.
+ Other provinces: 4–6 days, depending on location.
Delivery may occasionally take longer, but only in the following circumstances beyond our control:
Dermalogica Vietnam staff are unable to reach you by phone (or email) to confirm the order.
The delivery address you provided is incorrect or hard to locate.
A sudden surge in orders slows down order processing.
The warehouse partner supplying Dermalogica Vietnam delivers later than expected, delaying fulfilment and shipping. Or the item is not in stock at the partner's warehouse or at Dermalogica Vietnam's warehouse and has to be sourced from elsewhere.
Dermalogica Vietnam's shipping partner is delayed in handling the delivery.
2. Shipping fee
From 20 August, orders under 1.100.000₫ are charged a shipping fee of 35.000₫.Orders over 1.100.000₫ ship free nationwide. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout.
